Is the Terprint Doctor Portal HIPAA compliant?
Yes. All patient data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 and TLS 1.3. We maintain full audit logging, role-based access controls, and are hosted on Microsoft Azure with SOC 2 certified infrastructure. We offer BAA agreements for Enterprise customers.
How does the AI recommendation system work?
Our AI analyzes terpene profiles from 50,000+ products across Florida's major dispensaries. When you input a patient's qualifying conditions and symptoms, the system uses a proprietary terpene-matching algorithm to suggest strain profiles that match therapeutic targets. The AI learns from outcome data to continuously improve recommendations.
Which Florida dispensaries are supported?
We currently track menu and product data from Cookies (18 locations), MÜV (36 stores), Flowery, Trulieve (162 stores), and Curaleaf (45-60 stores). Product data is refreshed every 2 hours between 8am-10pm EST. We are actively adding Sunnyside, Liberty, Fluent, VidaCann, and RISE.
Do I need any special certifications to use the portal?
You must be a licensed Florida physician authorized to issue medical marijuana recommendations. The portal is designed to support your clinical decision-making but does not replace your medical judgment. All recommendations are issued under your professional authority.
What is Temperature Mark™?
Temperature Mark™ is Terprint's proprietary optimal vaporization temperature analysis. Using a sigmoid volatility model across 23 terpenes, it calculates the ideal temperature range for each product to maximize therapeutic terpene delivery. Available on Professional and Enterprise plans.
