Generate AI-powered terpene recommendations

3. HIPAA Compliance

All Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in accordance with HIPAA regulations. We implement administrative, physical, and technical safeguards including:

AES-256 encryption at rest
TLS 1.3 encryption in transit

Business Associate Agreements (BAA) with all subprocessors

4. Data Security

We host all data on Microsoft Azure infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II certification. Patient data never leaves Azure's secure environment.
